1.\u00a0 GETTING READY FOR THE GAMES<\/h4>\n

Provide the name of your Club Membership Lead. (Tip: If this is already checked off on the leaderboard, then you\u2019ve completed this event.) See sidebar for directions.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 OPENING CEREMONIES<\/h4>\n

Establish a membership goal and enter it at Rotary Club Central<\/a>. See side bar for directions<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 TRACK & FIELD TEAM<\/h4>\n

Conduct a survey of your club using the tools such as Club Planning Assistant or Club Health Check. You can also create your own survey.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 OLYMPIC VILLAGE PARTY<\/h4>\n

Organize a membership engagement activity that supports personal growth, leadership development, service, or networking opportunities. Eg: Service Project, Club Social, or a booth at chamber event, etc..<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 GOING FOR GOLD<\/h4>\n

Pick from: Submit a success story on retention participate in a Retention Workshop Webinar with curriculum created by District and Zone leadership, or invite the District Membership team to speak at your club meeting about retention.<\/p>\n

BONUS ROUNDS<\/h3>\n

6.\u00a0 TRAINING FOR GREATNESS<\/h4>\n

Club Membership Lead completes the Club Membership Basic Learning Plan<\/a> in the Rotary Learning Center.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 RECRUITING FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS<\/h4>\n

Sponsor or nurture a new Service Companion Club, Impact Club, Rotaract or Rotary Club<\/p>\n

District Awards will be given to those club completing 5 or more levels
All levels must be completed by May 1, 2024<\/h3>\n

1. Getting Ready for the Games<\/strong> – Submit the name of your Club Membership Chair. Include the name of your Rotary Club. <\/a>Many Clubs have already done this! Check the scoreboard to see your status!<\/p>\n

2. Opening Ceremonies –<\/strong>Enter you Club Membership Goals into Rotary Club Central and submit report of completion to Ken Crabb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3. Track and Field –<\/strong>See the side panel for options for Club surveys. Report the Club Survey taken by your Club and the results to Ken Crabb<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Olympic Village Party – <\/strong>Use Pre-Event Checklist to promote your event to your members, the community and the District! Submit the Member Engagement activity & photos. Be sure to share this event on social media using hashtag #MembershipMatters Submit report of event to Ken Crabb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5. Go for the Gold –\u00a0<\/strong>Your choice of a success story, webinar viewing or asking\u00a0 for a club presentation by the Membership Team. <\/strong>Submit your choice for this Game and to schedule your visit\/Zoom presentation<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Bonus Round: Training for Greatness – Download completed training certificates and submit here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Bonus Round: Recruiting for Future Generations –\u00a0<\/strong>Submit notice<\/a> of forming a Service or Impact Club or Submit charter papers for Satellite Club,<\/u> a new Rotary Club, or a new Rotaract Club<\/p>\n
