An endowment gift to The Rotary Foundation will go beyond your lifetime \u2013 and become a part of THE PERMANENT FUND. This fund enables individuals to combine their gifts into a significant force to address the world’s greatest needs for generations to come.<\/strong> The Rotary Foundation Trustees have set a goal of building the endowment to $2.025 billion by 2025. We now have about $775<\/strong><\/span> million in net assets and more than $982<\/strong><\/span> million in promised future gifts. Such a gift is often referred to as a Bequest Society gift.<\/p>\n

A major gift could be a single gift of $10,000 or more. Most Rotarians in our district achieve Major Donor status with our annual or PolioPlus gifts that combine over the years to reach this level.<\/p>\n

We have 197 Major Donors, 97 Bequest Society Donors and 43 Triple Crown Donors (see below) in District 5960.<\/p>\n

Our D5960 Rotary family has many who have made and continue to make these significant contributions to The Rotary Foundation and the are invited to become a TRIPLE CROWN DONOR<\/strong> when you are a:<\/p>\n

MAJOR DONOR<\/strong> \u2013 cumulative or single donation of $10,000 or more.<\/p>\n

BEQUEST SOCIETY MEMBER<\/strong> \u2013 By making a planned gift of $10,000 or more via your estate plan, or you may also elect to make a current gift to THE PERMANENT FUND.<\/p>\n

PAUL HARRIS SOCIETY DONOR<\/strong> \u2013 An annual gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus or an approved Foundation fund<\/p>\n
